Dry Rot Repair & Carpentry
Stop rot in its tracks before it becomes a costly structural problem.
Dry rot is one of the most common — and most overlooked — problems on Bay Area homes. Left untreated, it spreads and compromises structural integrity. We identify all affected areas, remove and replace damaged wood, and seal everything properly before painting. At the start of the paint job, we will point out any carpentry, metal, door/window or other repairs that you may want to have corrected. If these repairs are not too extensive and don't involve building permits, we can usually do them. We have experienced carpenters on staff.
